Course information

Change is always around us. It seems to come more and more rapidly and from every direction, impacting every aspect of our lives.

A healthy company must have the ability to adapt as needed to whatever sort of change is required, and thus the subject of change management or change leadership has become an increasingly significant area of interest for executives in every industry.

However, it is estimated that some 70% of change initiatives are destined to fail, in that they will not achieve the objectives they originally set out to achieve.

What is change management and why do so many initiatives apparently fail? This course explores the meaning and complexity of change and sets out to give the participants clear guidance on how to undertake change processes successfully in their own or client organisations.

Numbers are strictly limited on this course to ensure the best value for attendees. Please book early to guarantee your place.
