Kate Marks is a Director and Founder of Evolution Human Resources Limited. Following a 19 year career in the property industry, working for agents, property developers, architects and designers, she founded Evolution HR in 2003. Her training combines a unique combination of business expertise with HR specialisation. She is able to bring significant robust industry experience to the unique solutions provided by Evolution HR.
Kate's past experience gives her specialist skills in US/UK cultural transition, psychometric testing, and the particular requirements of working with creative organisations. Her special interests lie in diagnostics and developing pragmatic and practical answers to the specific issues in any given organisation.
