An actor will provide vivid demonstrations to test your new and powerful skill for reading Body Language.

Trainers
Our colleagues at The Teamworks are an eclectic blend of training professionals: Actors and magicians, a hypnotherapist, psychologist, chef and minister, work alongside HR professionals to deliver an invigorating training experience that you will never forget. All their work is multi-sensory. All their courses are underpinned by a deep knowledge of human communication psychology.
William Anderson: An entrepreneur since working for Kodak, William supports The TeamWorks with more than 20 years experience in creative industries, experiential marketing and creative education. William has led a long list of inspiring events, working with some very big brands, to engage and educate their consumers.
William is the Creative Director of The TeamWorks. "Creativity and innovation is a team sport; my job is to bring people together and make the sparks fly. So I am more Agitator than Creative Director." And he is very good at sparking the creativity of the team. "Our training is very different in every way. Highly interactive, very memorable and lots of fun."
William is also the 'psychologist' in the team. "I am fascinated by the workings of the brain. If we take time to understand how it works, we can gain a significant commercial advantage." William ploughs through books and lectures from psychologists and neuroscientists, adding the weight of data to the creative exercises we take people through. So it will come as no surprise that William's Key Note performances are logical, engaging and energetic. His favourite stage performances include Personality Profiling, The Power of Priming your audience, getting the most from all your communication tools and Personal Impact.
Energy and attention to detail set William apart. On a weekend you will find William playing hockey, running through Ashridge Forest or climbing a mountain, before enjoying a real ale or two, if you can catch up with him.
Peter Lindford: Peter has worked on stage and screen for over 20 years – from the Royal Shakespeare Company to Footballers’ Wives. Peter has worked extensively with the Speech Department at the RSC giving him expertise in breathing management and vocal impact. Using his knowledge as an actor, he helps people to develop their skills as a performer. By working on your voice, physicality and stage-presence, he gives you the tools to strengthen and control your impact on an audience.
Billy Milton: Billy is a gifted and enthusiastic public speaker who has spent much of the past 20 years honing his speaking, negotiating and facilitating skills with the largest 'not-for-profit' organisation in the world... the church. Before becoming a minister he spent 16 years in industry as a management accountant, working for United Biscuits, Pilkington Glass and Pinneys of Scotland amongst others. He is a qualified accountant (CIMA) and has a BA (Hons) in Theology.
He is now once again back in the corporate world working as a coach in communication and presentation skills where, using a combination of up-front tuition and client participation, he helps people to excel in the public speaking arena. Every time you open your mouth in the corporate world you are performing, and that performance is being judged and ultimately affects your bottom line. His aim is to give people the necessary skills and confidence to perform well in each and every occasion that they are required to influence someone. His recent clients have included Royal Automobile Club, Transitions Lenses, Altus, InterContinental Hotels, Canadean, St Mungo's, The BBC and Avis.
Marcus Webb: Marcus is a classically trained actor with 15 years experience across all media; theatre, film, television and voice-over, and in all genres of performance from Shakespeare to commercials. His areas of expertise include voice control and production; managing nerves; body language; and communication. As a teacher in a 'former life', and a student of psychology then and now, Marcus is a very intuitive and nurturing teacher.
